Additional bags should be requested by placing the yellow tag from your roll onto your green bin or green caddy on the day of your collection. The waste collection crew will provide you with a new roll. Alternatively, you can request additional bags through our online form.
We will only accept a complaint about not receiving food waste bags if you have already followed the steps above and have still not received a roll of food waste bags.
If you have lost the tag inside the roll of food waste bags then you can tie a bag to the handle of the bin if you have one left and the crew should then leave a new roll.
If you have tried to get a new roll of liners by tying the tag or a bag to the handle of your bin and have not been left a new roll of liners then you can order a new roll through our online form.

We will not empty bins that contain the wrong items as this can mean that the whole lorry load of recycling can be rejected. If you have incorrect items in your recycling bin please remove them before your next collection so that we are able to empty your bin.
