A deposit payment of £55 is required for a dropped kerb application. Should approval be given, and you choose us to complete the work, this deposit will be deducted from your final cost.
- You must to attach a plan of where you are applying for a dropped kerb.
- You must attach a scanned letter from the property owner giving permission for the installation of a dropped kerb, if you do not own the property
- You may also require planning permission. It is your responsibility to provide evidence of planning permission, if required, before the work begins. A quote can still be provided, but its cost will be non-refundable.
We aim for site assessments to be completed within 4 weeks of receiving your application. Should your application be approved, and you want us to carry out the works, they should be completed within 8 weeks. We will advise of a commencement date at least 24 hours before the works are due to start. However, delays may still occur at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
